Surprisingly decent, and the only palatable Jay Mohr film I can think of outside of Jane Austen’s Mafia! I guess this must have been made back when people went to raves more regularly. Do people still go to raves? If so, do they give out glowsticks?
Verdict: If it comes on while flipping channels, give it a chance.
